TERVETULOA - WELCOME

WHAT WE DO

Our club has several activities during the year and most importantly we come together to celebrate the major Finnish holidays. The most attended events are Pikkujoulu / Itsenäisyyspäivä in early December where a traditional Finnish Christmas meal will be served and Kalevala Peasoup in late February. We also have an annual Vappu picnic in May and participate in Sacramento area's Scandianavian Festival in the fall.

In addition to these celebrations we do have two craft groups and a choir that meet regularly.
